Subscription Services & Payments Billing: By selecting a subscription (Single Issue, Digital Yearly, or Digital + Print), you authorize S&S Media DisruptHERs, LLC to charge your provided payment method (Stripe/PayPal). Automatic Renewal: Yearly subscriptions are set to auto-renew on the anniversary of your purchase. You can disable auto-renewal at any time via your Account Dashboard. Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. 2. Digital Content & Access Intellectual Property: All stories, photography, and “DisruptHER” profiles are the property of S&S Media DisruptHERs, LLC. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view this content. Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post our digital flipbooks or full-access profiles without written consent. Student Sponsorships: If you choose the “Sponsor a Student” option, your payment covers the cost of a digital subscription for a student verified by our team. These sponsorships are non-refundable. 3. Community & Conduct (The DisruptHERs Group) Access: Access to the Collision DisruptHERs Facebook Group is a bonus benefit for Paid Yearly Subscribers. Conduct: We maintain a professional and supportive environment. Harassment, “spamming” of services, or unauthorized sharing of member-only discussions will result in immediate removal from the group and potential cancellation of your subscription without a refund. 4. Refunds & Cancellations Digital Products: Due to the immediate access nature of digital flipbooks and full profiles, we do not offer refunds on “Single Issue” purchases once the link has been delivered. Yearly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to paid content until the end of your current billing period. Print Issues: Refunds for print issues are only available in the case of damaged delivery. Please contact subscriptions@glossedandgritty.com within 7 days of receipt. 5.
